Here’s how it works:
- We begin each month with an interactive group coaching session to introduce the materials we’ll be working on for that month and set learning and skills goals. These sessions will be recorded for review. Printable course materials will be provided by mail and/or online, including summaries, goals, worksheets, exercises, and reviews.
- Additional articles, video and audio programs will be provided throughout the month to give added direction, perspective and reinforcement to the subject matter.
- A review sheet will be provided for you each month. Completed reviews will be assigned points to apply toward Certification.
- The next month’s group coaching will begin with a review of the previous month’s material, then build upon the those skills to begin the next topic.
This format will be followed throughout the course, with additional personal coaching calls initiated by instructors each quarter. The focus is not on typical ‘information-dumping;’ instead, the course is designed to help you learn new techniques, practice them until they become skills, and reinforce those skills until they become permanent habits that will serve you for a lifetime.
